Luciano Boemi worked and trained at Penn State University, one of the most innovative plastic surgery centers in the country. His extensive operative experience included advanced techniques in minimally invasive ("scarless") aesthetic surgery, ultrasonic assisted liposuction and laser.

Dr. Boemi also worked with world class plastic surgeons in Brazil (Sao Paulo) and in southern California (Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, San Diego), in order to further specialize in cosmetic surgery of the body and face.
